Glenmeadow at Home is a trusted, non-medical home care provider delivering person-centered care to support individuals aging in place. Services include assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, as well as Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
The program offers specialized support in dementia and memory care, along with medication reminders/assistance, personal care services, and companionship to reduce isolation and promote overall well-being.
