Leadership Circle for New Agency Development

Description

On Wednesday, the Massachusetts House passed the non-medical home care licensure bill with a vote of 153–1. This is a major step toward establishing clear standards for all providers in our field. When this becomes law, every agency operating in Massachusetts will need to comply. The Alliance will keep members informed as the regulations and compliance requirements are developed.


There is still more work to do.

The legislation now moves to the Senate, and continued engagement from providers will matter. Alliance membership is how your voice is heard in this process. This focus group is designed for individuals new to home care or hospice, including owners, operators, and employees, who are looking to connect, share experiences, and collaborate on best practices. Allied members who share our mission of fostering growth and excellence in these care settings are also warmly invited. Meetings take place monthly, the second Thursday of each month, at 4:00 pm, alternating between in-person and virtual formats.
