EVV Updates & Information

Stay ahead on EVV compliance—MassHealth and Sandata share new guidance and tools to keep your agency on track.

MassHealth/Sandata have issued job aide guidance for instructions on how to pull compliance reports for the Home Health Fee-for-Service and Adult Foster Care (AFC):

  • MA EVV – How to Pull Massachusetts Group Adult Foster Care Fee-For-Service Compliance Reports: Download

On Tuesday’s stakeholders call, MassHealth reminded agencies to contact the EVVfeedback@mass.gov email address for questions regarding EVV implementation, and not the LTSS support email. In addition, if agencies need technical assistance with Sandata they should submit a request at this link or call Sandata’s customer support line (833) 511-0164.

MassHealth said that if an agency does not respond to Sandata within a certain timeframe, the ticket is closed.

Provider IT firewalls could be blocking or redirecting communications from Sandata to ‘spam/junk’; MassHealth suggested agencies check or mark Sandata as a “safe” sender.
